A-series paper sizing is used internationally, allowing most customers to gauge the size of the print.

What is the best frame for my print?

My print sizes are made to easily fit frames from most retail stores. Depending on the look you are after, you will need to know the mat opening size and the frame size. Mat opening is the size of the actual image (e.g. 50 x 75cm) and the frame size is the entire print. All of my prints come with an additional border to make it suitable for you to cut, mount and frame.

What is the difference in paper types?

Premium Lustre is the perfect love child of gloss and matte. Giving you beautiful colour, contrast, and detail in the image, premium lustre is a wonderful all round photo printing paper. It’s not too shiny and it’s not too flat.

The Fine Art paper that Custom Photo Imaging use is a 100% cotton museum grade photo paper, with great contrast, stunning colour and crisp detail - perfect for all types of prints. If you’re willing to spend a little bit more you will get an even more beautiful image to gaze upon.

I chose the wrong image, paper and/or size. Can I change my order?

If you have recently made your order and realised it’s the wrong image, please get in touch as soon as possible. We may be able to update your order depending on it's production phase.

Please note, once your order is received, if you change your mind there are generally no returns or exchanges. Your artwork has been made to order. We make each artwork as per your specifications.

I can’t see my country when I get to the checkout. Can I still place an order?

Get in touch and let me know the country you want me to send it to. I have to manually input countries, and at this stage have the most common ones in my list, but I would love to add your country!

When will my order arrive?

Once I have received your order I will forward it to my amazing printing team. They will work as quickly as they can, based on work demand, to get your images printed, rolled and out for delivery. Your images will be printed and ready to post within 7 days of placing your order, but due to the ongoing worldwide postage delays it’s hard to give an accurate delivery timeframe. All images are posted with tracking, so you will be updated as soon as it is in the system. I promise it’s worth the wait!
